Golf Staff and Administrators have a choice of graphical representations for the current weather outside. This affords golfers the ability to easily check the weather conditions without having to take valuable staff time with phone inquiries. A golf facility may choose to include a date/time stamp to indicate when the weather was most recently updated. Conversely, if the course elects to update the weather less frequently, or is in a weather pattern not subject to much change, they can optionally leave this time stamp out. In the Message Box (which will scroll to hold a nearly unlimited amount of text), the course can include any message they wish. This message may include a description of the current weather, course conditions, tournaments, events, proshop specials, etc. This entry box also allows for HTML "programming" (notice the "<P>" which stands for "Paragraph Break" and the "<B>" which stands for "bold") so that a course can quickly and easily format their messages any way they want. TeeNet's staff would be happy to assist golf staff with the formatting of these messages, or the course may safely omit HTML altogether and still have a good-looking message!
